Why PADI Scuba Diver?

The PADI Scuba Diver program is a pre-entry level certification that is perfect for vacationers in Fiji with limited time or people who only plan to dive a couple times a year during holidays and vacation.

As a subprogram of the PADI Open Water Diver program, the PADI Scuba Diver rating allows you to get certified quickly and easily by minimizing time constraints.

With the PADI Scuba Diver certification you can dive under the direct supervision of a PADI Divemaster, Assistant Instructor, Instructor or higher professional on your next vacation or dive trip.PADI Scuba Dievr cert offering great diving in Fiji

What do you need to start?

Virtually anyone who is in good health, reasonably fit, and comfortable in the water can earn a PADI Scuba Diver certification. If you are between 12 and 14 or have a child between these ages, there is a PADI Junior Scuba Diver program available.

What will you do?

Throughout the course, you’ll learn fundamentals of scuba diving, including dive equipment and techniques. You earn this rating by completing pool dives, knowledge development sessions and by making two open water dives.

How long will it take?

PADI programs are performance based. You proceed as you demonstrate mastery of the course skills. This allows you to work at a pace that is comfortable for you.

PADI Scuba Divers are Qualified To:

  • Dive under the direct supervision of a PADI Divemaster, Assistent Instructor or Instructor while applying the knowledge and skills you'll learn in this diving course, within the limits of their training and experience.
  • Obtain air fills, Scuba equipment and other services when diving under supervision.
  • Under supervision plan, conduct and log open water and no stop dives (no decompression only when properly equipped and accompanied by a certified dive-master, assistant instructor or instruction conditions in which they have had training or experience.)
  • Continue dive training to complete their PADI Open Water Diver certification and certain other scuba diving courses.Scuba Diver

Where can I go from here?
